1. Cancellation Policy by Category:
- Food Orders (Delivered from Restaurant Partners) Non-Cancellable After "Preparing Food": Once your food order status changes to "Preparing Food," cancellations will not be allowed. This is to prevent the wastage of food and resources.If you need to cancel an order, please do so before the "Preparing Food" status is updated.
- Grocery OrdersNon-Cancellable After "Packing": Grocery orders cannot be cancelled once they are in the "Packing" stage. This is to avoid unnecessary wastage and logistical issues.Please ensure any cancellations are made before the order status changes to "Packing."Other Categories (Electronics, Fashion, Furniture, Accessories, Fertilizer, Medicine, Household Products, Pet Food)Cancellable Before "Out for Delivery":
- For all other product categories, orders can be cancelled as long as the status is not yet "Out for Delivery." Once the order is "Out for Delivery," cancellations will no longer be accepted as the product is already en route to your delivery address.
2. Vendor/Seller Cancellations:
In certain cases, the vendor or seller may need to cancel your order due to the following reasons:
- Out of Stock: The product you ordered is no longer available.
- Non-Servicable Area: Your delivery address falls outside the vendor's serviceable areas.Other Circumstances: Any unforeseen issues, such as logistical challenges or natural calamities.In such cases, you will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be issued to you.
3. Refunds for Cancelled OrdersEligible Cancellations:
- If your cancellation request meets the eligibility criteria, any payments made for the cancelled order will be refunded as per our refund policy.
- Non-Eligible Cancellations: For orders that cannot be cancelled (e.g., "Preparing Food," "Packing," or "Out for Delivery" statuses), refunds will not be issued unless the vendor cancels the order.
4. How to Cancel an Order:
To cancel an order, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your order history on our website or app.
- Select the order you wish to cancel.If eligible for cancellation based on the order status, click on the "Cancel Order" button.You will receive a confirmation notification for successful cancellations.
